Woman attacked by man she found in her car
A WOMAN was taken to hospital after she was assaulted by a stranger she found sitting in her car.
The woman heard a noise outside her house at Newlands Green, Clevedon, at 5am on Monday and saw a man in her car.
When she challenged him, he attacked her before fleeing the scene.
The woman's injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
Police have called on anyone who was in the area and thinks they may have seen the man to contact Nailsea CID on the force's non emergency number, 101.
